Who we are

Asil Crew is a division of Asil Trading FZCO, which is the controller of the data described here. Contact us at crew@asilcrew.com.

What we collect

If you use the enquiry form, we collect your name, your company, your email address and your message, and we use them to answer your enquiry. We do not use them for marketing and we do not sell them.

If you only visit, we collect standard analytics and server log data, including approximate location and the pages you view. We use it to see whether the site is doing its job, not to identify you.

Our basis for using it

For enquiries, because it is necessary to respond to you and to take steps at your request. For analytics, your consent where consent is required, and our legitimate interest in understanding and securing the site elsewhere.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of service providers to host the site, deliver the enquiry form, provide our email and provide analytics. They act on our instructions and are based outside the United Arab Emirates, so using this site involves your data being transferred abroad. We do not share it for advertising.

Cookies

We set analytics cookies only. No advertising or tracking cookies.

In the EU, EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland, or if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, they stay off unless you accept them. Everywhere else they are on by default and you can turn them off at any time with the Cookies link in the footer. Your choice is remembered and we respect it on later visits.

How long we keep it

Enquiries, for up to 24 months after we last hear from you. Analytics, in aggregate. We delete what we no longer need.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for it in a portable form. Email crew@asilcrew.com and we will reply within 30 days, at no charge. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the UAE Data Office.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and the date above.
